Very high quality and sturdy material (I worried that it would be cheap plastic and foam) I also saved the instruction manuel that came with it as it includes some really great basic exercises you can do with the toning ring. I wanted to incorporate the same practice in home until I can attend classes again. The bands proved to be a great bonus for strength training and using it in my routine.
