The pump is not very good and the method of pumping the air into the ball doesnât allow the cap or plug to be placed quick enough or well enough to contain the air. The ball always seems only partially filled with air and therefore doesnât seem very stable. The balls seem flatter than they should be. The quality of the balls arenât that bad but the fact that they donât keep the air sufficiently inside when inflating, makes these balls unfit for proper…

The pump was easy to use I want to start off by saying the booklet included is helpful, but the picture of a mannequin sitting on the exercise ball, with a woman’s face photoshopped on it was disturbing and an entertaining surprise!The pump was easy to use, and the balls seem to be fairly durable.
