Next time you are traveling, you know what to pavk. Highly recommend for traveling folks. I usually camp a lot and travel where I miss my workouts, but with this resistance bands I can get my basic workouts and be in shape.The quality is pretty good, it has multiple straps for different workout types. Overall a good buy.The bands are sturdy and well built. The handles have a soft, but rigid grip that reduces the need for gloves and the clips that help attach the bands to the handle seem extremely sturdy. My only gripe…
Versatile I love how versatile this set is. There are handles, adjustable ankle straps and a for stop asking with the bands and carrying bag. (I made a video, but can’t get it to load.) There are a ton of exercises you can do with this set. All the bands are clearly marked with a resistance weight. I have those cheap resistance bands from PT, but will replace them with this set.
