I needed a ball like this for groin rehab… seems like a difficult thing to find in a 9â size. I probably should have paid more attention to the photos… then I would have seen that it really doesnât have a valve for inflating â just a hole with a tube and a plug. You have to blow it up (just a couple of breaths) and then try to quickly put the plug in the hole before losing too much air. After a few tries I got it reasonably inflated.
