With two dual cable pulley systems and 17 adjustable positions per side, this product gives the option of a variety of cable exercises. The double bar track provides stability and allows the plate loaded carriage system to glide smoothly along the tracks, supplying the perfect amount of resistance for exercises performed. Both a top and bottom wall mount bracket allow for added support and stability and ensure the cable station stays in place while in use. Two single strap handles are included, and they can be adjusted to 5 different positions. Recommended Maximum Weight is 250lbs and this unit carries a Manufacturer’s Warranty for 1 year on the cable and pulleys and 3 years on the frame.

I’m pretty happy with this I’m pretty happy with this. It’s not the same quality as one you’d find in a public gym, but for home use, it’s great! Assembly is not too difficult, though sometimes the directions and the pictures are at odds (go with pictures). For example, the back and front “feet” are reversed in the directions, but correct in the picture. It’s helpful to have a socket set and a wrench (and a very wide-profile philips screw driver) and be sure not to over-tighten the bolts where there are any…
