How to use::

No resistance. Not enough tension in the band to work effectively. I have owned one of these for years but it’s getting a bit old and I was worried about it breaking so I was hoping to find a replacement…this was not it. The biggest problem, which is the whole point of this product, is there’s little to no resistance.
