The Universal Aerobic Step System functions as a 2 leveled aerobic step for the PlayStation Move and Xbox 360 Kinect, but also elevates your Wii Fit Balance Board to a full 4 inches, a standard height for actual step aerobics. The platform adjusts to two different height levels with ease. By either placing the step flat horizontally or turning it on its side vertically, the step height is taken from 3 to 6 inches in height. For a secure grip the platform has rubber pads on the bottom and both sides. With the Universal Aerobic Step System you’ll be performing step aerobics exercises just like you would at the gym, but with out the expensive membership.

Easy to Use I bought this for use with my Wii balance board. The board’s feet nestled into the little slots perfectly and did not slide at all during heavy use.When I finished my 30 day Wii exercise program, I was really happy that changing the step into a normal step was very easy. Great Workout with Will Fit. I use Wii fit and this product adds intensity to it. I really enjoy playing the step game but I wanted more. After using this, wow, I get to sweat and felt so good! The only and slight comment is that I need to take out the additional foot pieces for carpet before mounting my will balance board to this step. But that’s only a minor.
