High-intensity vibration trainer with moving platform. Unlike other vibration machines that only vibrate, the vibration plate shifts up, down, and side-to-side. The Vitality Step produces rapid vibrations that continuously stretch and flex your muscles. At the same time, its footplate shifts up and down and side to side, forcing the use of additional muscles in the legs to maintain balance.

It includes three vibration workout modes as well as resistance band attachments for simultaneous upper-body exercise.
