Not for persons under 200 lbs from factory This thrower is really hard on hips & knees.(as is) The foot pedal is to high & spring is to stiff. I weigh 150 lbs and I am 6’1” tall. I can stand on pedal without it moving enough to trigger. I have to jump on pedal to get it to fire, then I am off balance to shoot. When heavy spring releases it throws you off balance.UPDATE: I put a new spring tension EYE bolt on this. It gives more adjustment & lowers the foot peddle down 2 inches. I now can use it with my weight of 150lbs…

Worth the money I bought one of these in 2013. I haven’t used it heavily but I am happy with my purchase. It really helps to improve your shotgun shooting skills. I like that you do not need any help from someone else. Its only shortcoming is that the plastic knobs will break but I have never needed to use them to adjust anything so it is not a problem. It has a tendency to tip over which can be remedied by draping sand bags over each side of the front legs.If you shoot on public property as I do…
