Great ball The directions are very simple, but the pump is fairly crappy and it took well over 30 minutes to fully inflate this ball. But once it was filled it held its shape. I haven’t needed to fill it after the first time (yet). It seemed a little larger than the 65 size at the gym but it also has more give so it works out fine. Great customer service Quality is great! Maybe plan on filling the ball up with another method because the included pump will take forever. Following the sizing chart, I originally ordered the XL size for a birthing ball but it did not work out for me. At 5’4″ I was simply too short to sit on the ball securely, my feet barely touched the floor. Good quality ball, very durable material, looks like it will last. Be ready for a workout in itself if you inflate it with the little foot pump provided, better to use a power operated inflator. Also, be wary of using the guidelines for what size to buy based on body size. I’m 6’2″, 205, and got the 75cm size. This turned out to be way too big.
