Piece of crap…. even worse customer service I received the agility ladder, and was quite excited to use it for the first time. It looked great, black with bright yellow cross step rungs and even came in a handy bag. However, upon opening, trying to separate these cross-step rungs fairly evenly along the entire length of the ladder was quite a challenge.
