Broke right away I bought these bands for my son as he injured his shoulder and thought he could rehab. When he took the lightest band out and wrapped it around the door anchor, it broke immediately. He then tried it again, and again it broke. He tried a third time and it broke too. I’ve had several of these that various Dr’s had given me and I never had a problem so I have no idea why it broke for my son. Easy to use First of all, I love that three different bands come in the set. Each color corresponds to a different resistance level, depending on your needs and what exercise you’re using them for.
