Great aquatic weights! These arrived very quickly and they are awesome aquatic weights! I am 59 years old and work out in my hot tub with these. Great water Dumbells I got these for my husband as a gift. I purchased the heavy dumbells, and he really gets a great workout in the pool with them. There really is a difference in the amount of resistance as I have the medium weight ones, but his are definately a bit too much for me to use in the pool.
