yeah; buy it I have purchased the gold bands, the silver bands, Blue tubing, green tubing and, black tubing. These are great for home gyms. You can make a fly machine with these and a 2×4 with eyebolts. Or you can get fancy and use some t-channel tubing or whatever.I love using these. They can be put away quickly and easily.
