Thera-band exercises a plus even in senior years I’ve been using various textures of thera-band for decades, but this is the first time I’ve tried the “non-latex” professional version. I am a ballet and fitness instructor and I bought this to use for my dancers. They love that Iâll cut off a length for them to take home to practice and stretch and strengthen with. I like the feel of the non-latex much better than the latex bands, and they smell less weird too. I find that the roll lasts me longer and is more cost effective for how I use it with my students.
