Excellent quality, size, and variety of firmnesses make the eggs a great value Good size — roughly the size of a real large egg; fit nicely in my palm. I was worried it might be a little small, but it’s a good size — not too small, not too big. Excellent product in the egg-shaped makes all the difference. I suffer from severe hand and finger cramps. Squeezing a tennis ball and a baseball are good relief but, what I like most about these is the egg shape. It makes them have a more natural while small enough to take with you. I wish they could be purchased individually by strengths instead of all three. I would buy three more of the firmest and keep one in the car , one in the house and one to throw in my pocket or bag to travel with me. The lightest of all of them seems to be a little too soft…
