You WILL work up a sweat in 8 minutes – seriously! I don’t like that there are NOT 28 exercise days – it is just a program that goes 28 days but Sat. and Sun. are “rest days”. That being said you can double or triple up any day you want. I have done the abs day more frequently because I started with NO noticeable muscle there and couldn’t do much at all.
