I highly recommend it – buy one for yourself I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons:1) The sizing chart isn’t exactly accurate. I know we are all shaped differently or carry our weight in different areas, but I would think the average person ordering these things really wants to get rid of their stomach. So, if it fits in a relaxed fit well it’s not hugging my skin and won’t create as much sweat. Whereas if it is snug then it gives you the effect you desire.
