Lasted Less Than Six Months (Updated as of May 30, 2016. It got even worse.) *Update*Although my issue with the belt was resolved by the manufacturer, I can’t give this another star. On May 30, 2016, I discovered the weld at the front of the frame had cracked entirely. I’ve had this thing for less than a year, and I expect it to be covered by the warranty. Good if you’re short and want an inexpensive machine I normally don’t write reviews, but I recently purchased this elliptical and I felt it was worth sharing my thoughts for future buyers –It was easy to set up- if you’re decent with tools (all of which are provided). It took about an hour by myself. The first few pages of the directions booklet were overwhelming and misleading – it made it seem like there were a ton more parts/steps than there actually were. Assembled in 10 mins. Semi solid machine. So after reading so many negative reviews I decided to try it out for my self. I took all the parts out and inspected them. Everything was in perfect order, so I timed myself in the assembly timing. 10 mins from the first bolt, to the AAA batteries. The only negative I see thus far. Due to the small base it does have a wobble, but I use it to practice better balance. Also between the foot peddle and base bar there should be an additional washer.
