Underwhelmed…worst paper quality I’ve ever purchased in a book As someone whom relies heavily on reviews I felt inclined to do so on this product. As an experienced Pilates Teacher I haven’t found this book very helpful as it has the basic stretches that I’ve utilized for years on the reformer. I was hoping for some more stretches to add to my list, but I wasn’t abel to find them in this text. However, this book could be helpful for a new instructor to understand the basic stretches on the reformer as they have very clear pictures to help communicate…
