I really enjoyed the workout
Great Strength Training in just over 30 mins. i just did my first work out with Jenny Ford this morning and i really enjoyed it. You can tell she is professional, inspirational and even slips in reminders about tightening your ads and making sure you are doing the exercises safely. Im sure eventually i’ll get tired of the same workout but for now, as somone whos been on and off working out for years, in gyms and at home, this is a really great all over body workout with weights. I almost didn’t use it because it said beginner, but honestly…
