Good quality, might be large for small hands These are the newer version of the Stott toning balls. These are larger than the previous versions, not as comfortable to hold but they are better made and cheaper. They come in a storage container with a concave base that prevents them from getting smushed. The quality control also seems better and they are sold in pairs. Amazing! Perfect for extension of arms and shoulders These arrived right on time. I actually pulled the muscle in my right shoulder, and I was having such a tough time thoroughly stretching it out. I was in terrible pain, and I knew it was just a matter of stretching that smallest bit more. These balls allowed me to extend that stretch the needed amount.
