The increased padded cuff size provides a more secure and comfortable fit for all body types. SPRI rubber resistance products are created using a ‘dipped process’ rather than the more common and inexpensive ‘extruded process’ – making it one of the most durable and reliable tubes on the market! All SPRI rubber resistance products are made using Tuff Tube, a SPRI exclusive. This heavy-duty, high quality material has greater resistance to abrasion and tears to stand up to the rigorous demands of professional use. If you want strong knees, a firmer butt, strong hips, and over-all better leg stability…there really is not a substitute. I started using Xercuffs a couple years ago when I was going through rehab for a sprained knee. The therapist strapped one of these around my ankles and had me do a side shuffle and a kick knee walk. I was blown away at how much of a burn it produced in the back side and upper hip flexors. She laughed because, she said most people hated this exercise because it really caused such fatigue.
