Almost awesome So when this sucker says “Ultra Heavy”, they really mean it. With all other resistance bands that I’ve used, I can stretch them from head to toe without straining, but this beast sure ain’t like the others! I could not use the Green because I wasn’t in good enough shape after elbow and knee surgeries.
