A solid product for a decent price I chose 4 stars because the heavy resistance band works as a resistance band should. I’ve performed exercises for various muscles with this such as bicep curls, shoulder raise and press, wrist curls, chest press and flys, back rows, quadricep extensions, squats, and tricep extensions (for the back/chest/tricep/quad exercises I did use a BodyLastics door strap in conjunction with this band). mostly happy but have some issues with how the band attaches to the handles I am starting my second round of P90X3. I’ve previously done two rounds of P90X.
