Great bed for the price Assembly was complicated and tedious. I’m a mechanic by trade, so I’m used to putting things together, and this thing took 4+ hours or so. That said, I was impressed at how well everything lined up once assembled. Given the purchase price, this thing looks good once you’re finished.This bed will arrive in two boxes, about one hundred pounds each. Great budget platform bed! UPDATED I had been searching for a low-priced platform bed option for some time when I ran across this one on Amazon.com. A little leery (due to the negative reviews), I ordered it anyway and hoped for the best. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. Nice and sturdy. Bought this and received it quickly. My wife and I have bought furniture before that you have to put together i.e. Tv stands, shelves etc. The bed came in two boxes, we opened the first one and got the instructions out and was able to follow along. It took us 2 hours, which included a short break between boxes. We were apprehensive about getting this platform because some of the reviews.. but we realized that if you follow along with the instructions it’s a breeze.Tips for putting it…
