Very quiet, not sure if the resistance really works Took about 2-3 hours to put together, the machine is dead quiet when operating. My kids who were watching tv in front of me did not know I finished and was working out until they got up during a commercial. It takes a little while to figure out all the settings, i have not tried the app yet. Resistance levels did not feel like they kick in until level 15, they could be running but the device is so smooth it just does not feel like it. Wish the fan could be be silent as when i turned that on…
