The flat style is awesome! Great for personal training, coaching or improving your own agility! I purchased the SKLZ Quick Flat Run Agility Ladder as a last minute “stocking stuffer” for my wife when it was a deal of the day. As a personal trainer, assistant swim coach and general fitness geek she loved it! Please note, the box was appropriate for the size of the product, but way too bit to actually put in her stocking. Sturdy, durable and perfect for the outdoors This works perfect for our soccer practice on our outdoor field. The rungs are sewn at both ends so they don’t move when accidentally kicked. makes it much easier to lay out when you don’t have to fix the rungs like other ladders.
