How to use
1.Wash the area of your body where you intend to use the adhesive gel pads
2.Pull the pads off the vinyl cover by gripping the pads
3.Attach the other adhesive gel pad to a desired part of the body(arms, abdominal,etc)
4.Button ‘ON/INC’ for both ‘power on’ and ‘rising intensity’, Button ‘OFF/DEC’ for both ‘power off’ and ‘down intensity’, a totally of 10 levels intensity.
5.Button ‘PROGRAM’ for mode switch, a totally of 6 modes

Tips:
Each machine requires 2 AAA batteries, we are not offer batteries, you should buy some separately.
Don’t attach it with “power on”, because for shocking
Do not touch attach side of adhesive pad, it make decreasing using time
To keep it by children can not touch
It’s able to avoid 30 minutes after dinner, and favour to do after shower or warm washing Do not touch the drying battery terminal with wet hand
