Works great It’s perfect for a beginner like myself. I bought the bands, then is bought some books – but how can you hold a book open, read the instructions and do the exercise all I once? I couldn’t. I also tried YouTube videos, but I couldn’t keep up with their pace. This poster is the perfect solution.
