Measure the ball to fill accurately to capacity The first ball I ordered was a 65cm as I’m 5’10”. It seemed so small when I pumped it up, yet when I sat on it my knees were in my face, so I returned it. Now I wish I had not. I promptly received the 85cm replacement, pumped it up, sat on it and my knees were still in my face.
