These do a good job of working out your legs with different resistances These seem to work well. I’ve had them for a couple of months now and use them about every other day. I haven’t had any problems with tearing or any issues at all. Perhaps these are slightly less stretchy than the last brand I bought, but they work for resistance band exercises. I like them.
