Support and Service is Awful.
Sturdy machine. Crappy service. – The only good point, you can work out on it in a room w/ short ceilings… I’m 6’2″ and my ceiling is 7’8″ – and I have a ton of room to spare- There are no preset routines, like: ‘intervals’ or ‘cardio’ etc by default – they want you to pay an ongoing fee for that with an iFit membership… which frankly is not worth the cost- The ergonomics are weird, the incline does not feel like a gym quality machine. You sort of feel like you’re falling forward, very strange-…
Purchased this Nov. 2017 and just now assembled it. It wasn’t too hard to put to together but you definitely need 2 people. As far as the operation of the machine, it seems to work fine. I thought the stride length would be better but I can live with it. Touch screen is a little hard to reach over the handles.As for support. Total crap. I had a slight screw up assembling the arms and wanted to order a new set of hardware, but you can;t talk to them unless you register, but their…
