Power Bright VC200W Voltage Transformer 200 Watt Step Up/Down converter 110/120 Volt – 220/240 Volt
Power Bright series of step up/down voltage transformers offers you a safe, reliable, affordable & convenient solution to converting voltages from 110-120 volt up to 220-240 volt or from 220-240 volt down to 110-120 volt for both home use & industrial applications. The VC200W is rated at 200 watts maximum. It features a heavy-duty cord with a standard US 3-prong plug plus a free American to German outlet plug adapter. There are a total of two outputs on the front panel. Two are grounded outputs, one designated for 120 volts with a US standard outlet and 220 volt only universal outlet. For safety, it’s recommended by the manufacturer that the voltage transformer’s maximum power should be equal or greater than the power rating of your appliance multiplied by 1.5. For example, if you have an appliance rated at 100 watts, you will need to pick a transformer with a maximum power of 150 watts or greater.

Great item Got this to power an old computer from the 90s; it was a UK version so it needed a 220V to function. The setup is very simple; just keep an eye on the input current, unless you wanna cause problems (there is a selector in the back, it goes from 110 to 220V, so you cover the whole globe). The unit itself is noiseless; you hear no buzzing at all; if you touch it while on is cold, and has a very minimal buzzing that you can just feel if you put your hand on the top of the…
The 110 volt panel outlet (shown in the bottom left corner of the front of the unit in the picture) had a defective connection internal to the outlet itself, which pushed one of the internal metal connectors out of position the first or second time I inserted a plug. The result was that the connection on the 110V outlet was intermittent. The purpose of buying the unit was to have 110 volts available when traveling, and unfortunately this issue occurred in a country with only 240Volt…
My friend gave me a neck and shoulder massage device (similar to this ) but it required 220V power. I tried it with the 110V household AC. It kinda worked but the massage force was too weak. This voltage transformer enabled me to provide a 220V AC supply to the massage device from the 110V AC power source in the US. The setup was really simple – just plug the jumper to…
