Comes with a complete DVD set of full instructional videos that include general strength and cardio routines. These videos are also available to stream online for those who don’t use DVDs. Great product
Not good for people with pilates experience This might be good for beginners but isn’t for anyone with any real reformer experience. I found the moves way too easy and rudimentary and didn’t get much of a workout at all. Also, a lot of your workout will be spent adding or changing springs, accessories, etc.I bought directly from the manufacturer b/c of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee but was pretty disappointed to then discover it cost me almost $40 to ship the machine back to them when I wasn’t satisfied.
