Very high quality and sturdy material (I worried that it would be cheap plastic and foam) I also saved the instruction manuel that came with it as it includes some really great basic exercises you can do with the toning ring. Great buy! So I purchased this a little over a week ago because I haven’t been able to make it to our local pilates studio as often as I would have liked. I am so glad I picked this up! The bands proved to be a great bonus for strength training and using it in my routine.
