OUTSTANDING!!! A MUST!!!! I always wanted to learn and try Pilates….when I say learn, I am talking about “learning” the correct way to do each or all the moves. BUT, not from a video that the instructor assumes you already know the technique of each position of a exercise….for an example the exercise called “saw”. They will say, “When you are done with “jackknife” go to the “saw” position”…..and I’m like, “WHAT???? What the heck is “saw”???
