Light, Sturdy, Works Well On The Floor or Reformer Very light and can be used in many ways. I bought the Mini-Mat as well. If you don’t have a step barrel, this is an easy way to fill that gap. Comes with a mildly useful DVD and there are a couple of workouts on PilatesAnytime that include the Pilates Arc. Good value and really stretches the back Arrived much faster than originally scheduled. This was a product I used in pilates and was one of my favorite pieces of equipment. Came with a DVD with exercises, but if you are already familiar with how to use it, there are some many exercises you can perform with it. And my favorite part about it is stretching out my back.
