Best dog steps ever! The pet loader light 16″ is great! I purchased a five step loader but discovered I really could’ve done with the four step version. I sent an email to the company received a response within the hour. And then I was told it’s easier to take out one of the steps then to spend the money returning it and getting another one in shipping costs. So I took out the step in under 10 minutes, it would’ve taken less but it was freezing in my garage and my hands hurt. My dogs absolutely have been…
