The jury is still out… I ordered 3 sets of these. Two for family member and one for myself, since we all started doing Beach Body 80 Day Obsession. The bands do tend to roll, but maybe thatâs because I have big thighs, not sure. Iâve had my bands a month and today my green band popped! Itâs kind of disappointing because itâs only been a month. So far my brother and mother have had better luck, but they havenât used theirs as much as I have. I just ordered a 4th set, Iâll give it it one more try. Hoping this set…
I purchased the set to complete warm up exercises before downhill skiing. I have only used one of the bands for the exercises. So far I am pleased with what I have used. The band has good tension. Overall, the set is light and dimensions small, so it is easy to travel with. Not sure if I received the exercise manual with the set. (It may have come via email; need to verify that.) This brand (Perform Better) is what my gym has, so I anticipate the set being durable and holding up well…
