The bands do tend to roll, but maybe thatâs because I have big thighs, not sure. Iâve had my bands a month and today my green band popped! Itâs kind of disappointing because itâs only been a month. So far my brother and mother have had better luck, but they havenât used theirs as much as I have. I just ordered a 4th set, Iâll give it it one more try. Hoping this set…
I purchased the set to complete warm up exercises before downhill skiing. I have only used one of the bands for the exercises. So far I am pleased with what I have used. The band has good tension. Overall, the set is light and dimensions small, so it is easy to travel with. Not sure if I received the exercise manual with the set. (It may have come via email; need to verify that.) This brand (Perform Better) is what my gym has, so I anticipate the set being durable and holding up well…
