Otto Step Car Pet Ramp Pet Step
Help pets into vehicles and reduce strain or possible jumping injuries with the Otto Step hitch mounted pet assist step. The hitch step fits into a 2″ Class III or IV vehicle receiver and does not require a hitch pin to hold it in place. Dogs weighing up to 200 lbs can then enter the vehicle’s rear cargo hatch area or pickup truck bed by stepping onto an extra step, minimizing the chance of joint injuries, instead of trying to complete the entire distance at once. Features an 18″ x 16″ high traction, paw-friendly, platform surface which is lightweight and portable. The size is compact enough for vehicle storage to always have a handy step around when needed. Works with 1-1/4″ hitch adapters for use with Class I or II receivers; the 1-1/4″ hitch adapter is sold separately.

My smaller dog has used the step three times so far and acts like he’s always used it, just took right to it. My larger dog is hesitant so far but I think he’ll get the hang of it with a little more…
Safe, strong, lightweight and the best product for its purpose I just ordered my second Otto Step as a gift for my sister, whose large dogs are still young and willing to leap into the back of her Honda Odyssey. I have two dogs, one older, one a bouncy youth – but both are trained to use the step to avoid injury and stay healthy as long as possible. I’ve seen dogs slip as they tried to leap into a vehicle and don’t see the point in taking that risk. The step is lightweight and easy to put in the hitch and remove. It stays in place and would probably never…
