The xr4x is a great workout machine. I was looking for a machine built like the machines I used at the hospital and nursing home after I came home from having a stroke the xr4x is very well built. It took me a little while playing around with the seat and back settings to get comfortable but now it is very easy to use with a very smooth motion.
