Other than the pulse monitor its fine I’m a big guy, 6’0 245, and I got the spacesaver to add some aerobic exercise in the comfort of my own home. Maddeningly POOR customer service from NordicTrack / Icon! We typically don’t leave negative reviews but feel that this is warranted in our situation. From the very beginning, the elliptical was making a loud clicking / catching noise from the flywheel area during operation. Sent a service request immediately using NordicTrack’s website. Customer service took over a month to even reply via email. Then, we were asked to take it apart to diagnose the problem. (Excuse me, isn’t that what customer service is supposed to do?)
