Learn from our experience and STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give it no stars I would! I’m livid with Nordic Track right now! We purchased this on cyber Monday (11/28/2016) and it was delivered 12/7. Ordering and delivery through amazon was great. Delivered right when it said it would. Set up went pretty smoothly, but it was two of us working together for about 1-1.5 hours. We were so excited for this product, and really liked it for the brief period that it worked, but not anymore. Fast forward about 2 weeks and we notice the resistance…
Save your money and time. Do not bother. We paid through amazon to have someone put it together. So glad we did, or we would have thought we were nuts. The whole top part was welded incorrectly so the only way to use it was twisted. The pieces on one side didn’t even fit on. The person putting it together said he has these problems a lot when having to put them together. They are made poorly and incorrectly. He took the whole thing apart twice and tried to make it work.
