Better Than Expected I first bought the Proform HIIT Trainer Pro thru Proform and was hopeful on a nice machine for getting fit. The purchase experience was a disaster. Product arrived defective. And trying to get customer support for service was the worst experience I have ever had. They use Icon for service. I also found out that Nordictrack also uses this company for service needs.
