Good For Around The House In Socks Only and The Size Runs Small I wear a size 7 shoe. The small/medium is a bit small on me. And, the piece of fabric between the 2 small toes to hold it is place became unbearable for me, as I could never get used to it – it just hurt worse. I could not wear these for more than a couple of hours without the pain being too intense and would have to take them off to give my toes a rest.
