Stand, 2 dumbbell boxes with just a few weights on them, then 2 more boxes with the remaining 4 plates per dumbbell. Works great. Looks great too Works great. Looks great too. Just be mindful that the pieces are metal except the ends being rubber and plastic because of the dials to adjust weights. So don’t clash the dumbells together. Everything arrived basically setup, you’ll need to put the weights in except the few already attached.
