Great Workout! Easy to set up and easy to burn calories FAST! When it says total body workout it means it! This thing is a beast of a machine for being as simple as it is. Simple, steady and works
Loved it when it was working. Feeling CHEATED with a broken machine after less than a month My wife and I love using this thing to get a great cardio workout every morning before work. It was able to adjust to work for her height and mine. And it definitely felt like a tough workout, but challenging in a great way. Assembly was easy enough. I probably didn’t take any longer than 15 minutes to put together.BUT….after about 4 weeks of usage it fell apart.
