Great durable stability ball Very easy to pump up and works great. I recently had purchased a cheaper stability ball and it popped instantly so after looking at a few different stability balls I decided to get this one and I’m so glad that I did. It comes with instructions to inflate to 80% and let stand for a full 24 hours before inflating it to full size.
